Dania Pointe is a new mixed-use lifestyle complex located in South Florida. Its 102-acre site is former site of the Grand Prix Race-o-Rama. The project features more than one million square feet of retail space, hotels, offices and apartments. At this point, the first phase of the development has been completed. This includes three30,000 square feet of retail space, restaurants and a public event center. In addition, the developer has signed leases with BrandsMart USA, TJ Maxx, Ulta Beauty, Youfit Health Clubs, Outback Steakhouse, TooJay’s Delia’s Steakhouse and Five Below.
Prices for the apartments in the first two phases range from $1,600 to $2,400 per month, while the first phase of the entertainment complex is expected to start construction in August. Meyers Group, a South Florida developer, will erect 600 rental apartment units for the project.
